Conference Review Process :

 

Step 1 : Acknowledgement to the author (Assigning Manuscript ID/Easy chair ID/Microsoft CMT) after submission of the Full paper through the conference website.

Step 2 :

The Supporting Team will check the quality of the Manuscript.

• Plagiarism (as per IEEE Policy)

• Quality and Novelty

• Checking Language

• Scope of the Manuscript with the theme of the Conference

The Supporting Team will check the quality of the Manuscript.

Step 3 : if the manuscript does not satisfy the said points, the manuscript will be notified as either "Revise and Resubmit “or “Rejected

Step 4 : ​Consolidated papers will be assigned with three independent reviewers for each manuscript and will undergo a double-blind review process.

Based on the review comments, the organizing committee will send the decision to the authors.

(1. Accept 2. Accept with Revision 3. Reject)

Step 5 : ​The accepted and revised articles are requested for Registration, Camera-ready Copy (Conference-IEEE), and a Signed Copyright transfer form.

Step 6 : All the Registered Manuscript authors need to do the presentation in the Conference.

Number of reviews: All papers will receive at least three reviews:

Whether the accepted papers, after due presentation (oral or poster) only, are intended to be published through the IEEE Xplore, besides local publication and if yes, then specific information about the review process and estimated number of papers to be submitted and possible acceptance (may be going by the previous few such conferences projection can be made for this time based upon quantitative assessment of numbers, though there may not be any hard and fast rule) in order to maintain quality of papers going to IEEE Xplore:

• Estimated number of submitted papers: 200

• Targeted acceptance rate: 25%

• Number of reviews per paper:  3

• Maximum papers assigned to one Reviewer: 4
